Our piercing shop is located downtown Waterloo with convenient rear parking, on the upper level at 89 King St N.

Our small yet experienced team is here for all of your piercing and laser needs. We care about the quality of your piercing from the moment you step into our shop, to jewelry selection, to aftercare. I had gotten my conch, rook and two additional lobe piercings last week and I am 100% satisfied! Charlie and his team are professional; he is very well informed on what is best for your body. I absolutely appreciated him showing me all his supplies were autoclaved and sterile prior to piercing my ears. Thanks to his exceptional skills and tips for after care, I did not have any negative results in the following days. These are my ears today. I would definitely come back for any additional piercings in the future!

Quick response with booking appt online. Upon entering I noticed how clean and organized the shop was. Charlie was very friendly and approachable. My 17yr old daughter felt at ease with him right away. Charlie was very meticulous with the measurements and alignment of each piercing. My daughter had both ears and nose pierced. She was quite happy with the results. With some persuasion from my daughter I had the inside of my ear pierced. Being in my late 40’s why not, age is just a number. Charlie offers several other services besides piercing. My daughter and I will be back to either buy jewelry or for more piercings. Great experience. Would definitely recommend.

Charlie is absolutely amazing! He pierced my forward helix and my cartilage! He took his time to make sure everything was placed correctly! Also got some laser hair removal demos and my septum piercing changed! Will definitely be coming back for all my future piercings!

Made an appointment, Charlie was set up and ready for us. He explained how the process works and showed us all the tools sterilized. Charlie monitored my daughter in case she got queezy or passed out. Totally professional, took his time to get the piercing perfect and showed kindness and real attention to what he was doing.
