Skin Resurfacing & Fractional Laser

Skin resurfacing treatments us an ER: YAG2940MM fractional laser. The laser removes old skin and textural imperfections, allowing the skin to renew itself. Unlike standard lasers that ablate large areas of the skin, the fractional laser ablates only a “fraction of the skin”. It does this by creating micro columns in the skin. The body automatically responds to this injury and creates new collagen and elastin to heal the skin, as a result of this process the older skin is infused with newer, healthier skin which changes its complexion.
